What to do with NetBasedBiz.com?

I have owned the domain name www.netbasedbiz.com for a couple of years now and have done absolutely nothing with it. It has a PR of 3, gets chached by Google every 4 or 5 days, and currently has an empty Wordpress blog on it with no entries. I would like to monetize this domain but have no idea where to start.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
