Manual Wordpress Upgrade

My BlackBerry blog, RIMarkable has been doing quite well lately. If fact, so well, that it is time for me to move it to a new install of WordPress. For whatever reason. I have not been able to upgrade my WordpPress install beyond version 1.5.2. so we have decided to black it up, reinstall WordPress am back it up agian.
